Grade School at Ingenium

The Grade School is composed of the Lower Primary (Grades 1 to 3) and the Upper Primary (Grades 4 to 6).

Dynamic, Challenging, and Fun

Days at the Grade School are spent engaging in activities and classes that encourage and develop their curiosity. Lessons are designed to bring out a love for learning in each student.

Dynamic learning program

Throughout the school week, students engage in academic subjects, supplementary subjects, and other special programs. Major subjects include English, Filipino, Social Studies, Science, and Math. Other subjects include Computer, Music, Physical Education, Christian Living, and Art

Small class sizes

Class sizes are developmentally appropriate to ensure each child has the best learning experience. A typical Lower Primary class will have 20-25 students, while Upper Primary classes will have 25-30 students. When held online, class sizes are even smaller.

Activity-filled student life

It’s critical to provide opportunities for each student to experience success. Our packed lineup of activities for Grade School students includes sports, festivals, drama and theater festivals, field trips, trade fairs, and more.

First-class facilities and infrsastructure

The Grade School students attend classes in the 4-storey main building. They have full access to all of Ingenium School’s facilities, including the 3-storey library, laboratories, dance practice areas, and more. Learn more about our facilities here.

Koobits

The KooBits Method empowers children to visualize and solve any math problem.  They gain 3 essential skills:

  • Ability to translate abstract concepts, such as fractions into concrete objects, for ease of understanding
  • Easily seeing relationships between numbers so as to problem solve complex questions
  • Learning to think logically and systematically

Schedule

A typical day starts at around 7:00 AM and extends to 3:30 daily. Each day has two (2) breaks Snack Break and Lunch Break.

Throughout the school week, High School students engage in rigorous academic subjects, supplementary subjects, and other special programs.

In SY 2022-2024, Ingenium School made the shift to blended learning. Students now attend one day of class online and 4 days of class in face-to-face classes.
