The event was designed for Junior High School students and  sought to introduce the discipline of Political Science “as a lens through which to view salient social issues, particularly the current crisis of independence.”

Other participating schools were the Ateneo de Manila, CCF Life Academy, Claret School Q.C., Elizabeth Seton South, Jubilee Christian Academy, Marist School, Meridian International Learning Experience, Regina Maria Montessori, and Ingenium School.
