Online
Applications
Open the link below and follow the instructions provided.
If you are asked to log in, you may log in using any existing gmail account or you may create a new one to proceed with online enrollment.
Enrollment Process
- Apply online or in-campus.
- Submit initial requirements (see list below)
- Pay fees and schedule student assessment.
- Visit Ingenium for the student assessment and parent interview.
- Expect results within 3 to 5 working days.
- Ensure requirements are complete.
- Pay reservation/enrollment fees.
- Get your child’s admission slip.
For New Students
Preschool Requirements
- Complete Application Form and Information Sheet
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Development Checklist for Pre Kinder (if any)
- 2×2 Picture (2 copies)
- Signed Acknowledgement of Student Handbook (to be completed during enrollment)
- Application Form and Information Sheet
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Report card from the previous school year
- Latest report card of the currect school year
- LRN for Grades 1 to 8
- Recommendation Form for Grades 2 to 10
- 2×2 Picture (2 copies)
- Signed Acknowledgement of Student Handbook (to be completed during enrollment)
To enroll online, kindly fill out the online application form. We will get in touch with you and guide you through the enrollment process.
For Old Students
Enrollment of old students will entail updating their student information in their school records, the link to which will have been sent to them via email. Upon receiving confirmation from the Registrar, old students may proceed directly to online payment of enrollment fees.
